Offering special six week beginners courses in Hatha a gentle style, Ashtanga a dynamic flowing style and kundalini yoga.
Progressive courses for those with some Yoga experience.
We also offer Pre-Natal courses and Birth preparation workshops.
KIds Yoga classes during the school terms, corporate sessions, yoga workshops and special musical events.
Our studio is a dedicated Yoga space, carpeted, air-conditioned with plenty of natural light and ventilation. Our teachers are dedicated too the trans-formative qualities of yoga and its benefits for everyone regardless of age, gender or level of fitness or experience.
The studio is open all year, 7 days a week. Closed on public holidays, open during school holidays.
