Brackets & Jam Central Coast is pleased to advise The 13th Annual Gathering of the Clans is on again this year. Held as always in the NSW Central Coast town of Toukley on Saturday August 29th.The Parade of the Tartans begins at 10.30am from the Toukley Central Business District to Harry Moore Oval where a mass pipe band display opens the day's celebrations.
Throughout the day there will be live entertainment, including pipe band performances and medieval displays. There will be craft stalls showcasing Scottish and local handicrafts. Clan stalls for those who would like to trace their Scottish heritage, jumping castle and slides for the kids with food and drinks available at the Oval.
Celebrations continue into the evening with the traditional Scottish Ceilidh being held with the Lithgow Highland Pipe Band providing the Celtic music.
